What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience we accept all major credit cards or you can submit a check via Paypal.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We've simplified shipping methods by using the United States Postal Service flat rate service.  It is a two tiered rate system based on the number of items purchased.  To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue.

Domestic Shipping Options:
1 item purchase: 7-10 day delivery / $4.99
2 or more item purchase: 7-10 day delivery / $10.99

How do I track my order?
Shipment information will be sent to via email when we ship your order.

What size shirt should I order?
Our unisex shirts have a more fitted cut than your standard tshirt. They are also prewashed for a vintage look, so don't expect them to shrink to much.

How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to the package slip that was included with your order for instructions.  If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us at orders@standupberead.com for further instructions.

I was sent the wrong shirt or I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, please contact us at orders@standupberead.com.  Include your order number and deatils on what is wrong with your order and we will take care of it for you.

How can I make a change to my order?
If you made an error on your order or would just like to change it, please email us at orders@standupberead.com.  If your order has not been shipped out, we will make every attempt to change the order for you. In your email to us, please provide as much detail as possible, including the order number, the name under which the order was placed, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.  

Do your shirts go on backorder?
We try to keep all our styles in stock but sometimes we run out of a certain size and design.  If you place an order for an item that goes in backorder or out of stock, we will send you an email notification right away.  

What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be Paypal Nichola Originals.  

Are you a wholesale venoder or buyer?
Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at wholesale@standupberead.com. Please include your contact information and what store you represent.  We will send you an application for approval.
